Another Day Another Beginning

25th April 2012 may be just another day , but for the new juniors,
it is their first day of stepping into UCSI University to pursue their dreams and ambition.

25th and 26th April 2012 marks the day of a new beginning for them.

As usual, activities in South Wing for the juniors to adapt into their new university life, meeting new friends and not forgetting to get to know their seniors !

Moving on the most important event of the day.
COURSE SELECTION. OF COURSE =)

Introduction of AIS Association by Sharmain. If you don't know what AIS stands for, there is something wrong with you.

Later, speech by Associate Dean of SABE , Mr. Mohammad Zani bin Mohammad Zain. He explained briefly about Architecture and Interior Architecture.

Also, Pn.Hanim , the Head of Foundation of Architectural Studies guiding the students through their course selection

Juniors smiling, keep SMILING even when you're stressed for the coming assignments, okay?

Not forgetting the all the seniors who helped the juniors through the GREEN HORN PROJECT. 

Seniors and juniors, keep in touch with each other, okay? We're one big family of architecture students in the university =)

We would like welcome the new students and PLEASE don't hesitate to ask questions if you need help in your studies.

Final Exams and Mid Term Exams

Best wishes to all who are having their final and mid term exams in these couple of weeks.

Did you know? AIS 2 was in Club Day on 20th September 2011, North Wing Dining Hall.

(Venue changed from BOS Hall to Dining Hall)

If you missed it, you can still join us and Get Cool.

AIS 2 provide ample of opportunities for Architecture and Interior Architecture students to broaden their viewpoint and perspective by exploring and experiencing architecture with upcoming events, seminars, trips and such.

Besides, AIS 2 is where students gather and share knowledge and ideas, not forgetting to have fun !

UCSI University Orientation Sept 2011 and AIS2 AGM

Once again, a new semester begins for UCSI University students.

On the glorious day of 24th and 25th August 2011,

a new batch of students enrolled into UCSI University to pursue their tertiary education.

We, from AIS 2 did not miss the chance to participate in this event to get to know our new juniors.

After the welcoming and introduction sessions, the students moved on their respective faculty for the most important event of the day, COURSE SELECTION ! OF COURSE !

And our new juniors arrived here at the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE), North Wing.

However their down to spine chill anxiety were eased when they were given a warm welcoming speech by our AIS 2 President, Tan Kwon Chong =) * cheers ! *

Followed by Pn. Hanim who guided the students through the course selection.

Later, the seniors arrived for another highlight of the day, PROJECT GREENHORN , the idea of adopting a junior by seniors to be a role model and guide them through their freshman year.

Project Greenhorn is definitely one of the best program organized by AIS 2, not only it will guide the juniors to adapt to their new life as an architecture student, it also increase the bonds between seniors and juniors as AIS 2 is a big family of architecture students in UCSI University.

Moving on to 25th August 2011,

AIS 2 Annual General Meeting 2011 was held in North Wing Auditorium.

Speech by the former President, Daniel. He expressed his appreciation for those who were present and thankful for their support. Apart from that, he mentioned that it is good to have people who love their work.

We would like to thank Daniel as well for his guidance and leadership for the past few years.
